Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using Love Notes ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Love Notes, and at least 18 to subscribe to a paid plan or accept these Terms on behalf of a family group.

3. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Notify us at support@carpentrymedia.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for unlawful, harmful, or abusive purposes.
• Attempt to access data belonging to other families.
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or interfere with the Service or its infrastructure.
• Upload malware or content that infringes on others' rights.

5. Subscriptions & billing

Paid plans are billed monthly via Stripe. You can cancel at any time from inside the app; your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period. Refunds are at our discretion.

6. Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

7. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Love Notes and Carpentry Media are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Carpentry Media is established. [Fill in: state/country.]
